rm1247 Posted February 26, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 26, 2011 I'm looking into a possible Alaskan cruise for my family of 6 this summer on the Celebrity Millennium, but I can't figure out what our best room option is. My husband and I have 4 kids - ages 12, 10, 6, and a baby. The last cruise we had two connecting inside cabins, which worked great (but we only had 3 kids). This time I'd really like to get a balcony if we can afford it. Any suggestions? I'd love to hear what other families did on this ship or similar ships. Does the Millennium have a connecting balcony/interior option? Would a family oceanview work for us?
junglejane Posted February 26, 2011 #2 Share Posted February 26, 2011 If you look at the deck plans you will see quite a few connecting room options. I took a quick look and saw some connecting insides but they didn't look like they would accomodate 6. However, there seem to be quite a few triple-triple balcony combos on Penthouse Deck and even some quad-quad oceanview combos on Continental Deck. We had connecting balcony cabins on the Summit and connecting oceanviews on the Infinity, which are sister ships to the Millie. We only had 4 people but they worked out fine.
