Change discount coupon?

We usually book through a US TA, but have booked a RCCL fly-cruise through a UK TA for December because the price was so good. I had a diamond C&A coupon applied to the cruise (after difficulty explaining what is was to the UK agent:rolleyes:) but am thinking of changing to a balcony cabin and would normally qualify for the higher balcony discount. I know that discounts can't be combined and wonder if anybody has ever tried to change one type of discount for another? Hope this makes sense :o

There shouldn't be any problem doing this...just remember though you will not get back the C&A coupon. If your TA has difficulty understanding what you wish to do..then you could ask for a conference call with C&A UK. :D

No problem with not getting the C&A coupon back as it is only valid for the sailing we'd be going on in the balcony cabin

 

I didn't realise we could have conference calls with RCCL UK, so that's also good news
