Difference between Playa beach deluxe and basic

can anyone tell me the difference between the two packages offerred by carnival? One is the Playa Mia Beach Deluxe for $80/adult and $65/kids. the other one is the Playa Beach Break at leisure. This one is $40 per dult and $16 per kid. Thats a huge differenc. I now one does not include the bus or buffet. Is there anything else we wouldnt get with the basic one? Are all the beach activities included like water trampoline etc? For a family of fo7ur we are talking $290 versus $112.
