Travel agent vs dealing with NCL

I've done both - the TA thing and through NCL. At the end of the day, for me, it comes down to price. Very frequently I have good luck finding better deals with TAs so I book with whoever has the better deal. I've tried over and over again to to get NCL to match deals I've found but they never bite. I'm a pretty low maintenance customer - I don't make a lot of changes after booking so for me there's not much advantage either way. I think everyone should try both and go with what they're comfortable with.

We have a great travel agent, have used her many times. Whenever a problem came up we contacted her and she took care of it.
