Does anyone know if you can find these for sale at the Tourist Village at the pier?

I saw a cruising couple bringing one of these back on a tender. Not sure where they got it, I'd guess either the TV or in the "flea market" a couple of blocks over. But could have picke dit up on an excursion. I do know they were stopped at Customs and the drums inspected when they debarked on return. The husband told me later, while waiting for a taxi, that they were looking for insects and other parasites. Had they found any, the drums would have been confiscated and destroyed.

Thanks, glad to know about the customs thing... Maybe I'll have to just find some other type of percussion souvenir, as I'm a drummer. :)
