rumchaser Posted March 5, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2011 Hi, Although being quite well travelled my wife and I have not yet had the pleasure of a cruise holiday (mainly due to my not wanting a "busman's holiday" following 20 years service in the RN). I have now relented and we're booked to join Azura in Barbados in November this year for a 15 day Eastern Caribbean cruise. The extra marketing material has already begun to arrive and one of the offers is the option to add a Spa Stateroom Package to our holiday at an extra cost. I would welcome any advice on whether this option is good value or whether we should buy extras as we use them. Thanks in advance, Rumchaser
cruiseluvva Posted March 5, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2011 Many feel it is not good value, however we feel it will suit us, so have booked it for our cruise in two weeks and are looking forward to our days in the Retreat and the Thermal Suite. Have a great time when you go.
Black Jan Posted March 6, 2011 #3 Share Posted March 6, 2011 We are also going on Azura in November - the 12th - and have paid for a spa package because we want to be able to book treatments etc in advance. I guess we feel that if we are going to pay an arm and a leg for the cruise then we may as well go the whole hog! Are you on the same cruise as us?
