Is it just me, or doesFreeport seem lame?

cruising with the family

Recommended Posts

We are cruising with 3 kids, 10 yo and under, and my mom, so we have to find something to do to interest all parties involved. shopping will not intrigue the kids for long (probably not longer than 30 min :D). We like beaches with bathrooms...any easily accessible ones? DH and I are also big drinkers, so a place with drinks that are not over the top expensive would be nice.

we only have 2 ports on this cruise (the other one is HMC), so I don't really want to skip this port, but none of the ship excursions looked especially appealing.

suggestions are welcome! thanks in advance!

check to see if there's a tour to Junkanoo beach. Nice beach, water toys, restrooms and a great bar.

We've got 3 kids (though teenagers) as well and are looking at several options that do a Kayak/Cave Explore/beach type outing. I've found these thus far. They range from 3 hours to 6 hours, some include lunch, some you can buy it yourselves. Other posts have raved about them, so I doubt they're too lame, but guess we'll see ourselves! :)
