Docked or Tender in PV?

A question for those who recently returned from PV on the Star. With three ships in port (Disney, Carnival and the Star) did you dock or tender? The itinerary for March 23rd shows that the Star is anchored and there will be three ships in port.

We were in PV last week and there was only Disney in port with us. We were docked.

Couple weeks ago were in pv on star and all 3 were in port, and all 3 were docked. The marigalante (pirate ship) was in the spot the splendor came to later in the morning, forcing them to tender to the pirate ship ride. Seems like there are exactly 3 spots.
