Free AI Upgrade offer - Thomson Dream

Happened to look in the Daily Mirror yesterday morning (Saturday's issue that i took home from the pub), and there is an advert in there for Thomson Dream on 15th October (Mediterranean Medley) for £799 with free AI upgrade.

Took it to First Choice to see what deal we could get, but their computer wanted to add the £398 AI on. So she phoned her head office, and they said there was nothing they could do to match it, which upset her a bit as she couldn't see why they couldn't sell a cruise on one of their own boats for cheaper than someone else.

 

Anyway, thought i'd let ya all knows.

 

As it happens, we wanted a stay as well, so got her best price, then went home and pgoned David Urquhart to get a price for the same holiday. First Choice are currently throwing in a free upgrade to outside deck 7 (thats saving about £180 anyway), and the best price David Urquhart came up with was only £100 cheaper than First Chioce (after adding in outside cabina and the stay). Phoned First Choice back, and she matched the price, so well pleased and booked it there and then.
