Copper_beeches Posted March 12, 2005 #26 Share Posted March 12, 2005 I will leave my formal atire on through dinner and the show but if I plan to spend a few hours in the casino, I will change. Since this setting is casual, I feel more comfortable sitting on a stool, in something other then a beaded garment. Carol I was in a cocktail dress in the casino, and felt pretty silly since I kept sliding off the stool, lol... not exactly the picture of elegance! Plus, the dress stank when I got out of there... yuk.

rn01icu Posted March 15, 2005 #28 Share Posted March 15, 2005 After dinner, my husband removes the dinner jacket and tie. I usually slip into a simple sundress or sheath. Don't overdo it. Wear what's comfy. Nobody is going to be impressed by your choice of after-dinner outfits. They are either giving a big sigh of relief from being released from a constraining outfit or they trying to suck in their guts and feeling miserable from the effort after a large meal. Just make sure that your shoes are comfortable. Achy feet can really break a relaxing vacation. Dee
