Renting fins onboard RCCL?

My granddaughter has very small feet, and her parents can't find fins to fit her. I know one can rent fins on the beach, if there are some available. And I'm told there is a time limit on how long one can rent them.

 

Thought I read somewhere that fins can be rented for the day onboard the ship. Is this true? How would I find that out?

When we sailed last month on the Voyager they didn't offer snorkel gear for rent - only to purchase.

Thanks for your response. I called RCCL, and they only have about 5 ships that have dive shops where you can rent or buy gear. The Splendour isn't one of them.
