Nohoch Kay - Non-All Inclusive Option(s)?

Nohoch Kay sounds wonderful, but neither myself nor my girlfriend are big drinkers and unlike me, she isn't a big eater, do they do walk ups here or non all inclusive options? A think a few beers and a light lunch on the beach would do us well.

Thanks in advance for your help!

If they are hosting excursions and mor ethna 1 ship is in port, you might not be able to get as good of treatment/service or choice of loungers. In th eearly days of their opening, they would turn non reserved/non excursion people away. Might be different now. Pleanty of spots along the malecon though, Hit NK first and then walk back toward the ships and check out Pez Quadro, Nacional Beach Club, or Tropicante or anywhere along the way.
