Tea Time?

I love days at sea and tea time is one of the reasons.

Never tried / heard of Tea Time before.. But I will have to make it a point to try on my upcoming cruise in June on the Dream. :) Gotta love the little things you learn on CC every day!

The last couple of Tea Times I've been to on Carnival have all been in lounges (Liberty and Legend). I thought it was funny on the Legend when I asked for cream for my tea and the waiter looked shocked! He asked me wouldn't the hot tea make it curdle!

Hot tea is drunk with milk in the UK. Like you, when I asked for milk for my tea I got a funny look.

 

It was in The Cabinet Lounge on the Liberty.

I have always overlooked tea time on my previous 6 cruises, but I will def make it a point to go on my summer cruise. Thank you!

My DD and I are planning on doing this on our upcoming Splendor cruise. I searched the Funtimes to see when and where: 3:00 in the Gold Pearl :D Can't wait!

I had tea on the Miracle 2 days ago. It was very nice. It was held in the upper dining room at 3pm. We were offered a selection of tea. To eat there were cucumber sandwiches, salmon and cucumber sandwiches, scones, tarts and a mocha cake from which to chose.

I'd love to take tea on our Liberty cruise...does anyone know who I could speak with about this the day before regarding allergy issues? Thank you. :)
