We're going on a family cruise soon. We'll have our family of 5 and my MIL in 3 different rooms. I want to know if my DD, who will be sharing a room with MIL, can have her card linked to our credit card and MIL have hers linked to her own.

Exactly! Then verify that her sail and sign is linked on your CC when you check in. No need to go to guests service after you board as it has all been looked after before you board the ship.:)
