Beach Day

I will be Roatan for the first time in February on Mariner of the Seas. Since we have a 3 year-old we are limited to excursions. We are either going to book a snorkeling excursion or spend the day at the beach. I was wondering if anyone had advice on which would be the cheapest option for 7 of us. I have no idea what a taxi would cost. Rony's Tours would cost $20/pp to take us to a beach & back. I know there are all-inclusive packages available, but I would prefer to be able to eat lunch on the ship to save money. It doesn't seem like that is an option to go to a beach for a couple hours, go have lunch on the ship, and then go back.

Anyone know how much a taxi would cost?

Beth
