CC Group Cruise and Early Saver

I apologize in advance if this is against the rules...

 

I booked with a CC Group Cruise, but then had to change to a different sail date. There was a penalty for a complete cancel with the TA, so they kept my business - and have been great - but I was wondering what others' experiences were with them and Early Saver price drops...

 

Is been reading about how some TAs are reluctant to handle them...
