L'Hoste is the only all-inclusive that I know of on Orient Beach. I haven't stay there personally, but I have stayed on Orient Beach. Loved every minute of it.

Blue Bay Village Mont Vernon

Mont Vernon is at the far northern end of Orient Beach, away from Club Orient. I didn't think it was all inclusive, though. It's an older complex that has been reconfigured several times. I think most of the units are privately owned now.
