What Happened to Carnival Customer Service

This is a perfect example of a Royal Caribbean *ro11

Now that's a thread I have never seen..."Someone stole my luggage and then showed up at Formal Night in my clothes"!!!

It would be a crack up if someone did steal it and do that. I would know it was my dress too, because of the way the straps are sewn in.

And I would confront them too, I love that dress, and need to wear it about 5 more times to make it worth the price I paid :D

Guess I should book another cruise ;)

Didnt Carnival used to put your bags in your room?

I have had the bags in the room.

I think it depends if the room steward is around at the time the bags are dropped off.

Not a policy, just good room steward service.
