Star Princess E616 Bad cabin?

sailing next month on the Star Princess. just got my room assignment. they upgraded me from Cat G Guaranteed to F cabin E616. i'm just wondering should i go back to G Guarandteed and hope the best. Does anyone have any pictures what the oceanview looks like? i know it obstructed,, but how bad. is it noisy to be across the laundry room? your input would be greatly appreciated. :rolleyes:

According to the generally-reliable deck plans, you're right behind a big tender, which means essentially no view at all. So the laundry will be the least of your worries! Seriously, the no view would irk me more -- most people report little to no noise from the laundry rooms and so I wouldn't hesitate to book near one. See if your TA can check if there are any other Fs that are better located, in between tenders -- probably not likely but worth a shot. Once you're been assigned a cabin in a particular category from a guarantee, you can switch to any other cabin in that category, so if you see E618 or even E620 free (or their equivalents elsewhere along the deck), you can be switched over, no problem.
