Are the balcony dividers able to be opened (unlocked) on the Legend cruise ship? Thanks.

Depends on the room. I know the vista suites at the end of the ship the panels can not be removed. But if I remember correctly the standard balcony state room the dividers can be removed.

yes- they are unlocked and locked onto the railing of the balcony.

Only a limited amount can be opened- one person from each can must present themselves to the pursers desk with your request.

yes, have a person from each room go down to the guest services desk in the atrium and request this. Best to do it first thing, as there are only a limited number of doors that can be opened.
