BurtonRiderT6 Posted March 30, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 30, 2011 So I booked 3 oceanview cabins on the Pearl. Cabin numbers are 5092, 5080, and 4598. They are all coded on the deck plan as a catergory "F" (porthole window). In our NCL.com login screen the category is listed as "OF". I can't find the "OF" category listed anywhere on NCL's site and the PCC told me that we are in picture frame window cabins. I'm having a hard time believing that NCL would have the wrong info on their site, is the PCC wrong?
Rare sparks1093 Posted March 30, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 30, 2011 After April the cabin designations change. I just looked and 5092 is an OF on the website which equates to mid-ship ocean view porthole window. The new deckplans obviously confuse more than just the pax. patseacruiser Posted March 30, 2011 #3 Share Posted March 30, 2011 They recategorized to add I, O, B, M, S for interior, oceanview, balcony, mini, suite in front of the number or letter.
darrengs Posted March 30, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 30, 2011 If you go to the NCL website and choose the Pearl, then staterooms. You will see near the top right there are two links, one for departures before April 17th, 2011, and one for after. Click on the after link to see the new designations.
