Jewelry Shopping suggestions for St. Thomas, San Juan & Grand Turk

I have done some awesome jewelry shopping during my cruises - most have been in Ocho Rio. I will be in San Juan, St. Thomas (did get one piece there about 8 years ago) and Grand Turk (never been there) and would love some suggestions on places to get some nice jewelry (I don't shop in any of the chain type stores like DI). I want to be able to get a very nice piece for a great price!! Thanks for any suggestions you may have -

We've been using Star Jewelers on Main Street in St. Thomas for over 20 years. The owner Om Sukhani is very nice and we've gotten some great deals. Everything has appraised at least twice or more than what we paid.
