"book it" post cruise hotel

I used bookit months ago for a FLL hotel post cruise...It was billed as a 'mystery hotel' and ended up being the Hampton Inn on Stirling Road. Paid total of $73 including tax, etc.... Stayed last week and hotel was nice, recently updated, comfy beds, shuttle to airport, free hot breakfast. Was a great deal!! Only downside is no nearby mall (I had a shop-a-holic teen with me). Desk clerk arranged transport to Sawgrass Mills. Not cheap but entertained us for the day!

I booked a 4 star on the beach--Starwood Hotel W Fort Lauderdale...it was $170 for a balcony room. It was pricey but not as pricey as normal. I want to make myself feel better for having to go home and back to school. Hopefully it will work.;)
