ShipsInBergen Posted April 3, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 3, 2011 I am due to sail tomorrow on the vision of the seas transatlantic. I just logged on to the 'my cruises' bit of their website, as I have done many times before, and it says I do not have any active reservations! Naturally this has made me a little nervous. I was not in my home country to receive luggage tags, etc, but I have my setsail pass, passport and booking number. Should this be okay for boarding tomorrow!? Thanks for any help
appgirl Posted April 3, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 3, 2011 I would think so. You could call RCI to make quite sure.
Mr_Cruise Posted April 3, 2011 #3 Share Posted April 3, 2011 It's no problem. Within a day or two of departure, reservations become closed to online access / guest modification. Enjoy the trip!
IMNiles Posted April 3, 2011 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2011 This freaks a lot of people out, but it's perfectly normal for your reservation to disappear 24-48 hours before your trip. Someday, maybe rccl will post a friendlier message to that effect :)
ShipsInBergen Posted April 3, 2011 Author #5 Share Posted April 3, 2011 Thanks guys- that has really put my mind at ease. Now I can go back to counting the hours until embarkation!
