How to contact all members on the same cruise

4/4 I have just made a contact with NCL group event coordinator and have formed a Meet and Greet. Most of those signed on the roll call are not checking in very often and are unaware of the M&G having been formed. Is there a way to send a message to ALL of them other than individual replies to keep them informed ???

Are you talking about your October cruise (I did a check on your posts)? maybe you should just list the details, if they have to sign up for the meet and greet. The cruise is six months away, which could be a reason it's not that active right now. There could be people cancelling the cruise or still to sign up for it during the next several months. So don't worry, and don't be pushy. (I would imagine that NCL doesn't need a final number right now as they should be aware of the above)

just keep posting the info at YOUR ROLLCALL...keep it on each page and if they are INTERESTED they will back...YOU have PLENTY of time before an October cruise...if that is the case!!

Cruise Critic does not provide anyway to directly contact another member. You just have to post the info on the Roll Call
