1st April 2011

Dear Travel Partner,

I am writing to provide you with an important update regarding your clients booked on

upcoming cruises on Legend of the Seas.

Due to the recent natural disasters and the current situation in Japan Royal Caribbean

International has made the difficult decision to cancel all calls into Japan from 23rd April

until 16th July. Legend of the Seas will now be based out of Singapore from the 30th April

until the 4th June in place of Yokohama, before relocating to Hong Kong from 26th June

2011 until 23rd July 2011, where she will travel to Tianjin and continue as originally

planned.

A summary of the new itineraries is copied below for your reference; these will be

available to book shortly.

Guests who are booked on the affected cruises will receive Future Cruise Certificates

equal to 10% of their current cruise fare.

• They may transfer to any other ship and sail date, including the newly created

itineraries and have the 10% Future Cruise Certificate applied to their new

booking.

• Alternatively, they may cancel with a full refund and receive the 10% Future

Cruise Certificate to use for a later sailing

A full refund for amounts paid will be processed to the original form of payment if

guests choose to cancel. Travel Agency commission will not be protected.

Any guest who incurs a fee due to the change in their airline reservations will be

reimbursed up to $150 per person for domestic flights and $200 per person for

international flights. Guests will need to provide evidence that they have incurred a fee

due to this change in order to be eligible for reimbursement. This offer applies to guests

transferring as well as guests canceling.

Our cruise from Shanghai to Yokohama is changed, so we canceled it.

They stop now in Hue, Da Nang, Hk for only few hours, 2 days on sea and end in Singapur.

We have been there before, so we changed the whole cruise and no we go from Dubai to India on Friday.
