bythehex Posted April 6, 2011 #51 Share Posted April 6, 2011 No offense to all of you who like it, but I personally think the concept of eating food in bed is disgusting. Unless I was hospitalized or bedridden, I can't see why anyone would want to do it. Just don't get the appeal of having all that mess and crumbs in the bed. I'd rather go to the dining room, have a waiter seat me, serve me and clean up after me once I walk away; that's my idea of being pampered! To each his own, but eating food in bed...blech!!!
dyjack Posted April 7, 2011 #52 Share Posted April 7, 2011 Interesting. I've never sailed Carnival but certainly will at some point. Just assumed certain things would be similar across lines. That said, I certainly wouldn't let it "ruin" my cruise. It is nice to have breakfast on the balcony but it's also nice to get out of the room too. I'm a sucker for RCL's assorted pastry offerings though so as long as Carnival has something similar, I'll survive lol.
