Valencia 2nd Day.

We will arrive in the morning and spend the night and on the 2nd day will board our cruise at 5PM. On the 1st day we will see all the local sights Mercado, The Cathedral, Plaza de la Virgin, etc. Any suggestions for the 2nd day? Maybe something outside of the city? We are not interested in the Aquarium.
