Palm Service Biking Tours?

We have zip linned with tree top adventures on a previous cruise and had a wonderful time. Just wished it lasted longer.

 

This time, taking my three sons, 18, 20, 25, and would like to add another tour. Have been in email contact with palm service and they are offering zip linning plus the choice of another tour (hike/waterfall, mountain bike/waterfall, or challenge course) for $79, including transportation from ship.

 

My question. Has anyone done the biking? How streneous is the tour? Have biked in Colorado before and it was one of the most difficult things I have ever done!

 

How about the zip lines? Has anyone used both companies and could compare the two?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Just did the zip lining with this co. last week. No issues. 12 zip lines. Was a great time and very safe. Took us afterwards for scenic photo stops. Met us right on the pier with a sign.
