Booking Specialty Restaurants

Hi all! I was just wondering when you can start booking specialty restaurants on-line?

 

Our cruise isn't until February 2012, but wanted to mark it on my calendar!

It can vary but ours opened up for booking about 4 months before sailing date. :)

... and when we sailed in November 2009, we were able to make bookings in May 2009. You really do just need to keep checking.
