Freedom Self Disembarkation/April 10th question

While doing self disembarkation this past Sunday, April 10th on Freedom, we caught a little altercation between a passenger and a couple employees. We were far enough back in the line that we didn't hear everything that happened, but we did see an armed officer (Customs? Police?) come on board to deal with the passenger. We were just wondering if anyone knew what the disagreement was about.
