Questions about accessible Crown Loft suite?

Not that I would ever be able to afford this cabin on Oasis or Allure, I do see that they offer one handicap accessible CL on each ship so of course it has my curiosity up.

My questions are, these cabins are two levels with a "upstairs" and "downstairs" correct?

Does this cabin have its own lift in order to utilize both floors I wonder?

How would someone that is totally wheelchair bound be able to get upstairs?

I believe its stateroom 1742 on both ships. Has anyone on this board been fortunate enough to stay in this cabin?

Again, this is just out of curiosity. Unless I hit the MegaMillions jackpot, chances are I will never be able to stay in this cabin :p
