duckie22 Posted April 15, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 15, 2011 Years ago I use to visit Charleston every summer. There was a restaurant, on the banks of the Yacht Club, called California Dreamin'. It was a super place and the food was really good. The atmosphere was great in that you could watch the sail boats come in and out of the club. Can anyone tell me if that restaurant is still there and is it still good? Thanks for the info.
tsyl_ Posted April 15, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 15, 2011 I am a great fan of Charleston and California Dreamin at 1 Ashley Pointe Drive is still there. A little expensive but I think it is worth the money. Enjoy.

Very highly respected restauranteurs that own and have restored multiple historic buildings and made them into excellent restaurants. Can't say enough nice things about this company. scchasgal Posted April 18, 2011 #4 Share Posted April 18, 2011 Went a couple of weeks ago for lunch still a great place and atmosphere. Since it has been a couple of years since you have been there they have expanded the outdoor seating area.
