Which port in Roatan?

Can anyone tell me how to find out which port we will be docking at in Roatan. I have been there twice and docked at different ports both times.

a quick google and i noticed this:

Mahogany Bay is used mainly by Carnival and Princess Cruise Lines. Coxen Hole is used by Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and Princess Cruise Lines.

That is the same information I received from Victor Bodden.

Coxen Hole is not used by Princess Cruises since it is under the umbrella of Carnival corp. Other cruiselines that use Mo Bay are Costa,Holland America, and Princess.

Anyways,NCL uses Coxen Hole,which is wayyyyy better location than Mo Bay.

NCL has used Coxen Hole for a long time but until the last week in April or so has been using Mahogany Bay. IMHO how someone could stop for the day at MB and not venture any futher and then to say they've seen Roatan would be sad.

 

Maybe you could equate this with a stop at Costa Maya's fabricated Yucatan 'village' vs exploring even just a few miles further? Each to his or her own comfort level of course, but I believe you will be very happy with this original NCL port :)

 

I was very happy to hear we'll once again be docking/tendering(?) into Coxen Bay...and it seems to be a better jumping off point for many of the Island tours to West Bay/End as well...and won't miss The Hill one little bit...

Spirit went to Mahogany bay in Feb. What an abomination!! Yikes!

If you're lucky, you be stopping at Coxen Hole.

NCL docks at Coxen Hole. Spirit currently docks at Mahogany Bay, but that will end on 4/21. See schedule via the below url:

Thanks everyone for your replies. It looks like it will be Coxen hole for our cruise!
