Pre-Ordering Bon Voyage Alcohol

2 questions:

 

1. When you order from Bon Voyage before you cruise, do you have to charge it to your credit card when you order, or do they just add it to your S & S card once you board?

 

2. Is Kahlua available to order? If so, how much? I don't think I've ever seen it listed on any of the Bon Voyage Menus posted around here.

2. It's not on the list, but I would call 800-522-7648 and double check...they offered several kinds of liquors to me that weren't on the list when I called.
