Clothing in Bermuda

Our TA told us that people in Bermuda dress more conservitive. Just wondering what people wear in the summer months to Bermuda. I am thinking a shortsleeve t-shirt and a pair of capris. But I would love to get away with shorts and a shirt. ANy ideas? I am 15.

I think it really depends on what you are going to be doing. If you are shopping on front street or going to a casual restaurant, shorts and a tee will be fine. Ditto with going to the beach, with your bathing suit underneath. If you are going to a nicer restaurant or church you would want to be a little more conservative.

thanks thats helpful. We will probabally just be spending time on the beach and in the shops. We will be eating on the ship most likely and no church.
