Wanting a good tour and beach experience

My cousins and I will be visiting Cozumel on Liberty in September. I'd like a nice tour with some souvenir shopping followed by a visit to a nice beach/pool.

 

We are 26, 32, and 32. My cousins drink, me not so much. Since we're leaving our husband's home, we don't need quiet and secluded. An active and lively beach/pool scene would be great.

 

Any ideas? It doesn't have to be a ship excursion.
