Just need one more question before I book es. Say i booked the lowest balcony cabin and then in a few days a higher cat. balcony books at the same price i booked the lowest..then i can fill out the es form and either get obc or change cabins?? Can i use past quest rates???

If a higher category drops to/below your ES rate, you can upgrade and get credit for any difference. The Policy is that you HAVE to upgrade to get the OBC, but some posters have claimed they kept their cabin and got the OBC.

 

With ES you can price match to any booking type (Past Guest, 55+, your state Resident, Military..) that you are eligible for.

Yep... Ken is spot on. You would be eligible for the upgrade and a price reduction if the new cabin is less than the rate that you booked at...
