One Practical/Reasonable Thing?

Do you notice that most of these are no or low cost and many are even money makers? And so much common sense in one place!

Can you imagine your delight the next time you get on board if you saw these things implemented?

bcd,

Truly amazing that HAL has not implemented, on their own, some of these suggestions which would be "revenue enhancers" (bean counter speak for money makers).

Then again these boards are chock-o-block with examples of HAL "thinking"

When some of these suggestions are in place, I think I will celebrate with a cruise ;)

Again, NOT holding my breath,

r.

I wish the kids club had pagers (they can be on silent), or wave phones (also silent) so I could wander the ship without worrying that they can't contact me if they need to. Also if the times could be off set from the activities by even 10 minutes it would really help. There were too many activites or movies that would start or end at the same time I needed to be picking up or dropping off the kids, it just wasn't possible to do both at the same time.

Yes, all of that. It also would be nice to have a fee-based nursery for kids under 3 and not potty trained. We are over that "era" now, but on our last cruise it would have been nice to have a break for a few hours for Mom and Dad to have a nice, quiet dinner or have a few hours on sea days without the toddler. It would really make the cruise so much nicer for everybody if the youngest sailors had a place to go and blow off some steam.

I would like to see the dessert extravaganza earlier that 10:30 pm:eek: That's late for us to be eating that heavy and then going to bed after.

Instead of just a happy hour, I would like to see a certain number of drink specials for like $2.99 or so for the night say after 8:00 pm. Drinks like margaritas, long island ice teas, etc. Like Princess does. We would likely buy more drinks.

Another thing I would like to see is on disembarkation day, separate the people with different colored tags into different lounge areas or in the mdr until their color and number is called, and then be escorted to the right gangway. There was a lot of confusion when we were waiting to get off the ship, we were grey, group 3, and black, green, red and yellow were hanging around the gangway, even though they were way too early. They were told to stand back and make room which they didn't and just stood in the way, which made for all the confusion and couldn't hear what color was being called or what number. There's got to be a better way.
