However, if you want her with you, it's not a big problem! Cruising is simply a vacation...you really don't need "experience" to bring the entire family with you. There are no "ropes" to learn. You check in, just like a hotel. You do what you want, just like at any resort. Your food is mostly included, unless you want to do some "specialty" dining. You'll research your ports, so you'll know what will interest everyone...a guidebook (libraries or bookstores!) will aid you in this. I think you're overthinking the entire vacation!
