Suggestion for Beach after Cozumel Highlights & Shopping tour

I'd like to do the Cozumel Highlights & Shopping Tour in Sept on CCL Libery. After the excursion I'd like to visit a nice beach, with loungers and shade that is either free or not very expensive.

 

Any suggestions?

 

Also, has anyone done this excursion? If so, can we be dropped at the beach or are we returned to the ship?

Paradise Beach has plenty on lounge chairs under palm trees right on the beach all for $2.00.

How do you get to this beach from the pier? Can you walk or do you need a cab?

I love Paradise Beach. Too far to walk. Need a cab, but reasonable. Nice beach, nice pool. You can pay to use watertoys, by buying a wrist bracelet. Pay for what you eat or drink individually.

How much is the cab approximately? Or is there a bus? We always prefer to walk or take a bus--usually find this more interesting.
