Breakfast at Holiday Inn, Miami Port??

We have booked the cruise package for the day before we sail out of Miami at the Holiday Inn at the Port, and it includes breakfast? Can anyone tell me about the breakfast that is offered. I would like to know what to expect.

Expect a typical hotel breakfast buffet, but with a million people all trying to eat at the same time. The wait staff is nice, but the buffet personnel have trouble keeping the trays full.

Hi Somechic,

I had breakfast at the Holiday Inn as well, and I agree with Santon... that everyone is trying to get the breakfast buffet at the same time. Expect a wait in line before you get a table. Also, I found the breakfast buffet to be expensive. They have one toaster and you make your own toast and lots of people want to use the toaster at the same time. I witnessed toast thievery going on!!!

We are staying at the Holigay Inn prior to our cruise in July. There are 4 adults. Is there any place close by that would be better to eat breakfast the morning of our cruise?

Walk across the street to Bayside. Lots of places to eat breakfast in the food court area. Also, there is a Starbucks if you just want coffee.
