Rhine Water Levels

We leave Thursday for embarkation in Basel on Avalon's Felicity on Sunday the 22nd. We are quite concerned about reports of very low water and busing. Does anyone know what is currently happening on Avalon? Apparently Uniworld ships are more able to navigate in shallow waters.
