Need help with online check-in

For some reason, it refuses to "complete" and keeps asking if we'll have a car in the port. When I say no, it then goes to the next person, asks the same question, then when I answer it, it tells me the prior person is incomplete.

 

Its driving me mad!!! What am I doing wrong??

Apparently, if you're driving to the port, there's a glitch in the check-in system and you have to call to have them add it.

There is a glitch in their system. You can either call Carnival and they will take care of it for you. Or you can go in there and choose the options for person number 1 and then go on to the next person. There will be a drop down menu that says "The same as person XYZ" Check the first person's name for everyone and it should accept it.
