We noticed them at one of the bigger stores at the pier...which is pretty much the only big shopping there is on the island.

Two places that I've visited on Grand Turk for Cubans. The first is a store called "Grand Turk Liquors." It just a small block building right on the main road. He had a small selection and didn't try to gouge us. There is also a good cigar store at the airport!
