Empress of the Seas - Feb.27,2006

Anyone cruising with the Empress on Feb.27,2006:D Also would like some info. with respect to JS 9684, it states there is no sitting area? Does the balcony make up for this.Any other information would be greatly appreciated about the Empress of the Seas.

Not on the feb 2006 sailing, instead going on the January 2, 2006 sailing and we are in a JS also. Ours does have a seating area and also the balcony, so I would assume that the balcony does not take the place of the sitting area.

Just looked at the JS that you are in on rci website, looks like you are on the back of the ship which means you are going to have a very large balcony, would love to know how that cabin works out for you

Thanks, this is the first JS we got so are really looking forward to it, ot's great to hear that the JS at the stern of the Ship are bigger. Plan on spending some time out there. Will let you know how it works out.

I THINK we will be booking on Empress of the Seas on Feb. 27th.... We just got back from the Dawn Princess on March 10 and are having our post cruise photo party and precruise info party on April 2nd for our group of 21.....There it will be decided about the Empress.... Our travel agent is reserving 20 cabins for us....
