mountainhouse Posted March 17, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2005 I usually start my day with a fruit/soy smoothie. Sort of like Jamba Juice, if you're familar with those. I'm talking non-alcoholic - suitable as a meal replacement. Any chance on getting these on board ship? Specifically the Grand? Also, is soy milk something they usually have on hand or not? My recipe: 1 1/2c Soy milk 1/2c water 1c frozen blue berries 1 banana 2 scoops protein powder (25g protein) added as it's blending

MaryPoppinz Posted March 17, 2005 #6 Share Posted March 17, 2005 I believe you can get a cow's milk substitute, though I don't recall if it is soy/rice/almond. But, as far as smoothies go....I have never seen one. I love them and would pay handsomely for one on a cruise! If you brought your own whey powder, and then collected the milk substitute and fresh fruit from the buffet, I wonder if you could make $ome arrangement$ with your favorite bartender to blend it up for you?? Hmmmm....I may have to try that next time. :)
