Glory or Liberty help me decide

I was ready to book the Liberty sailing on Feb.4, 2012.

Now I have been reading that there may be a change of itinerary for Half Moon Cay to be replaced by Nassau on the Lliberty. Have to say I am bummed about this. I am not sure if this will be a deal breaker in my choice of cruise yet.

The Glory sails this same new itinerary and is a bit cheaper.

I am now wondering if I should book the Glory or stay with the Liberty.

 

I have not been on either ship - can anyone advise me of the differences and if you had the choice which would you choose.

I've been on both ships. They are sister ships, so their layout is identical, just different decor. I like the decor on Liberty better but I wouldn't consider that a deal-breaker. You can't go wrong with either ship, so go based on what's most important.....price and/or itinerary.

Are they really considering changing Half Moon Cay to the Bahamas?! I have a cruise booked for Feb 18, 2012 and I already have the cabana booked for this. I hope they don't change it! I would be very upset and this was a huge selling point for me.

I'm Booked on the Liberty Feb 18,2012.I will be highly annoyed if they change HMC to the Bahamas,where did you get your info from???

HMC is owned by Holland America. They have the Maasdam arriving at HMC on the 5th, so the Liberty cannot call there as this was the scheduled day for the Liberty as well. John Heald announced this last week and instead the Liberty will now go to Nassau. The 2-18-12 sailing remains going to HMC.
