Table for 2

We are sailing on the Elation in a few weeks and have late dining. Can I call ahead and ask for just a table for 2 or is that rude?

You cannot request ahead... but the first day, you can visit the dining room and request it then with the Maitre'd.

Your table assignment will be on your card you get when you check in. Sometime after 1 pm the dining room staff will be there, and if the cards with the numbers arent yet on the tables, you can ask what size table you are on from the lady with the clipboard.

 

If you arent happy you can make a request to change. Anytime dining is really better if you want to be picky about table size, then you can always walk in when you want and get what you want.
