Magic 11/14 cruise - Anything Special

Since this is not the first cruise of the Magic, is there anything special that is done for this being the first cruise out of a USA port? We are thinking about doing a November cruise and we are deciding if this would be worth it. We have been to the ports before and it is only a 6 day cruise. Weighing going on a new ship or to new ports and take one of the other carnival ships.

 

Please give me your thoughts to help us decide

The first cruise John had some special coins made.. and they accidently gave out some from the initial TX cruise .. so I assume they replace the ones so they have enough to give out on this cruise.

 

I only read John's blog one week though.

I don't know anyone who got a Venice folder with the coin so they gave out lots of Galveston covers.. The coins are all the same.

IF they do anything special...it will be on the 13th ....which is the day BEFORE the cruise.

I can understand you sad faced icon. If I had sailed from Venice I would have liked my coin to refer to the Venice sailing..
